- South Korea’s Tridge, a marketplace for buyers and suppliers in the agriculture industry, raises $60M Series C at a $500M valuation, up from $140M in April 2020
- Mark43, which offers cloud-based records management and dispatch systems to US police departments, raises $101M Series E, as it looks to expand internationally
- Quantexa, which uses AI to detect money laundering and other illegal activities, raises $153M Series D led by Warburg Pincus, at a valuation of $800M-$900M
- Dublin-based Xtremepush, which offers multi-channel marketing software for brands, raises $33M from Grafton Capital
- Impact Tech, which helps brands with influencer and affiliate marketing, raises $150M at a $1.5B valuation, after a boost from Apple’s ad tracking restrictions
- Remote, which develops HR tools for global workforces, raises $150M Series B at a $1B+ valuation led by Accel
- Arctic Wolf, which provides security experts to act as an extension of a company’s internal cybersecurity team, raises $150M Series F at a $4.3B valuation
- Amperity, which offers AI-based customer data management tools, raises $100M Series D at a $1B+ valuation led by HighSage Ventures
- Pantheon, which offers SaaS tools for websites to manage marketing and revenue, raises $100M Series E from SoftBank Vision Fund at a $1B+ valuation
- Sourcegraph, which offers a universal code search tool, raises $125M Series D led by a16z at a $2.6B valuation, up 3x from its December valuation
- AttackIQ, which provides a breach and attack simulation system to help businesses validate their cyber defenses, raises $44M Series C to expand internationally
- Syfe, a Singapore-based robo-advisor app, has raised ~$29.6M Series B led by Valar Ventures; CEO says Syfe’s valuation has increased 3.6x from its Series A
- Pratilipi, which operates an online storytelling platform in India, raises a $48M Series D led by South Korean gaming giant Krafton
