- 1Password raises $100M led by Accel at a $2B valuation, after raising $200M in 2019, and says it now has 90,000 business customers
- Covariant, which builds AI-powered industrial robots, raises $80M Series C led by Index Ventures, following a $40M Series B in May 2020
- Wiliot, which is developing IoT chips powered by ambient radio frequencies, raises $200M Series C led by SoftBank’s Vision Fund 2 as it plans an SaaS pivot
- Fireblocks, which lets users store, transfer, and issue digital assets, raises $310M Series D led by Sequoia, Stripes, and Spark at a $2.2B valuation
- PsiQuantum, which aims to build a commercial quantum computing machine with 1M qubits, raises $450M Series D at $3.15B valuation, bringing total raised to $665M
